Before you visit
How long will my order take?
Turnaround depends on the garments and the work needed. Please call us for an estimate before you visit.
Can you remove a stain?
Tell us what caused it, if you know, and avoid treating it yourself first. We can assess the garment, but stain removal cannot be guaranteed.
Do you clean duvets, curtains and wedding dresses?
We offer duvet cleaning and care for wedding and occasion wear. Please contact us about curtains or any specialist item so we can check its care label and suitability.
What about suede and leather?
Leather and suede cleaning is the exception to cleaning carried out on our premises. Please contact us before bringing in an item.
When are collection and delivery available?
On arranged dates between 17:00 and 20:00. Collection only or delivery only costs £5; collection and delivery together costs £7. We will confirm the date with you.
Who qualifies for the 20% discount?

This is needed to take steps at your request before providing a service.
The form sends your request through our IONOS web hosting to our business email address. The website does not keep a separate booking database. IONOS and our email provider process the request for delivery, and our staff use it to arrange the service. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your request and meet applicable recordkeeping duties. To limit spam, the form keeps a hashed identifier based on your IP address and recent submission times in a temporary server folder; it does not store your IP address in that record. Old records are periodically removed. We do not run analytics on this page. The SiteLock and Sectigo seals contact their providers when they load, and those providers may receive technical connection information. Our site host also processes information needed to deliver the website and form.
